Home Visits

doctors_bagHome visits should only be requested for patients who are totally unable to attend the surgery. For the housebound, routine home visits should be requested by telephone before 10.00am.

For emergency visits please telephone 020 8698 5281 at all times, even if you know the surgery is closed. A recorded message will tell you how to contact the duty doctor on-call without having to make another call.

When you contact South East London Doctors Co-operative you will either be given advice or asked to attend a medical centre in South East London or, if the doctor considers it necessary, they will arrange for a home visit. The home visit is always at the doctor"s discretion.
